I became a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) after a career in Opera knowing that becoming a healer was a true calling and that my voice would become part of my offering.
​
As a result of a personal healing crisis, I became immersed in all aspects of healing, including mind-body connection and the many pathways to address both. I delved into Functional and Energy Medicine and found the impact of these modalities on my health and wellbeing to be so profound that I began incorporating my voice, energy healing, therapeutic yoga and functional medicine into my physical therapy sessions with amazing results.

As a DPT, I specialize in Pelvic Floor Health and treat holistically, addressing the physical, emotional and more subtle energetic implications to the health of the Pelvic Floor.
It is an honor to be a safe and loving support to men and women with such vulnerable and intimate parts of our bodies and lives.

Energy Healing
The Energy Medicine I offer is based in Syntara Systems, a resource-based Energy Healing modality developed by Gitanjali Hemp that optimizes an individual 's energy system, helps release unconscious patterns, beliefs, outdated relationship dynamics, karmic bindings, ancestral and past life limitations.
I listen and feel into the energetic patterns in a similar way that I would as a manual therapist feeling for areas of tension to resolve in the body.
I weave my voice during sessions that helps bypass physical and mental limitations, allowing for profound realizations and emotional releases.

pelvic floor Healing
Pelvic Floor Healing focuses on improving the strength and function of pelvic floor tissues to alleviate pain, support pre/postpartum health, improve leaking and other bowel and bladder issues. I also address the disconnection, numbness, and potential stored and trapped emotions in the pelvic bowl.

My approach is holistic. I support greater connection to the pelvic floor and offer education on how to support pelvic health through movement, manual therapy, and meditations to connect with the energetics of the pelvic floor and organs, as well as nutrition and other lifestyle medicine that directly applies to pelvic health.

I use Energy Medicine practices to address more subtle energetic and emotional aspects of pelvic floor health.
